• Redirect Domain: For your postcards, I suggest getting a redirect for your movie url. For example, mine is: www.WaterMakesMeSmile.com - You want it short as possible and original enough that a person could remember it even if they lost your postcard. Use http://www.godaddy.com to buy the domain name, then in the back office  enter your movie address in the section for "redirects" and "domain forwarding".
  
  
• 800 Voice Mail: Consider getting an 800# voicemail and placing the new TEAM X2O recorded message on it as a Info Hot Line (You can just play the recording from your PC while recording the message by holding your phone receiver up to the speaker. Primitive, but works sufficiently:

We will continue to discuss the use of the postcards. I suggest that the postcard also be used as a business card as well and left in/on airports, stores, bulletin boards, cars and distributed in dozens of other ways. 

 Just be mindful that sending a  postcard thru the US Mail is not the only effective option you have!!

• I will be happy to supply any TEAM X2O MEMBER with a csv or EXCEL file of high-quality prospects. Just reach out and ask. They will be emailed to you in either csv or EXCEL format andwill not come with labels.
  
  
• Consider hand addressing 25 cards a day or purchasing sticky labels and an inexpensive software from Staples (or any national   chain) that will print labels for you. Buy labels that are 30 to a page and set the software to 30 to a page. Hand addressing is a nice touch and the cards do say that the prospect was specially selected. Printing saves time when sending high volume.
  
  
• For those of you who ordered 2000 or more postcards, I will need a couple of weeks to fully send you 2000+ fresh leads. If you will let me know when and how many postcards  you will be mailing, we can work it out together.
  
  
• If there is a student, senior citizen or someone you might know thru your church that is  unemployed, I suggest you consider asking for help. Let them address 25 postcards a day  for you and then reward them accordingly. You could even consider a special bonus when someone enrolls from a postcard they addressed (there's nothing like profit sharing to motivate someone!)
  
  
• It costs $11.00 to ship 5 lbs of postcards-- I essentially cut the cost on the postcards and s/h by 50%. Therefore, I would suggest that you reward a new enrollee with 100+ FREE postcards. ANYONE can hand out postcards and be in business as soon as they receive some cards from you.
  
  
• If you send the prospects to your "movie", then they will be a postcard/movie prospect. I suggest that you record the names of all the prospects you mail a postcard to and cross reference your movie viewer notifications.
  
  
• There will be a considerable difference in the number of enrollments between those of you who call and do not call the leads you have sent a postcard to. The great thing is: all you have to do is ask if they received a postcard about the booming water industry and take it from there. If they say they did not receive the card, then go into action and offer them your Xooma movie url. Turn a lemon into lemonade by saying: "I'm sorry, but I have something that is far better than that  postcard anyway....let me give you the url to a very short movie about the booming water industry. You like water don't you? And I know you like $$$$, right!? Great, then you'll love this short clip. You'll need to enter a correct email and phone number, but I have no futhur use for those items other than to reach out to you. I will never share your personal info. Deal?  Super!.... then close the call with a reminder that you'll be calling them tomorrowor right away if they seem interested!
